Our story
Wedding bars should feel welcoming, not like a second job.
Sedona Bartenders started with planner referrals at L'Auberge and Sky Ranch Lodge. Couples flying in for a red-rock wedding needed a crew that already understood mesa load-ins, BYOB rules, and how early a desert night actually starts.
We only work with a select team. Every bartender is TIPS certified and liquor-liability insured. Full mobile packages or bartender-only coverage for the station the resort already has.
How we work
Arrive early. Serve like hosts. Leave the bar clean.

- One bartender per 50-90 guests so lines stay short

- Station broken down after last call, not left for the venue
